All of our items are made to order, meaning each product is individually created after your purchase. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

We release three new limited designs every day. Quantities are limited, and designs may not be restocked. Rockrypt reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or design at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as production begins immediately. Please ensure all order details, including size, color, and shipping information, are correct before checkout.

4. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for defective items.
