Thank you for shopping with Rockrypt. We take great pride in creating made-to-order, limited edition products just for you. Because of this unique process, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Made-to-Order Production
All of our items are printed on demand. This means each product is individually produced only after your order is placed. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.


2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we sincerely apologize. To resolve this quickly, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the defect or damage

After reviewing the claim, we will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.


3. Sizing & Fit
We encourage you to carefully review the sizing charts available on each product page before ordering. Because every item is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for ordering the wrong size. If you need help choosing the right fit, please contact us—we’re happy to assist.


4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been placed, as production starts immediately after checkout. Please double-check your size, color, shipping address, and payment details before confirming your order.


5. Returns Due to Customer Error or Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or an unclaimed package, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. If you prefer not to have the item reshipped, we will not be able to offer a refund, as each product is custom-made.


6. Timeframe for Claims
All claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Claims received after this period will not be eligible for replacement or refund.


7. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several business days for the credit to appear in your account.
